Hey everyone,
This week, we gathered to discuss Elder Garrett W. Gong's "Love is Spoken Here," and it's safe to say there was a lot to unpack. It's one of those discussions that goes beyond the surface, asking us to really think about how we embody and express the Savior's love in our day-to-day lives.
The Heart of Our Conversations
We touched on something important: how we communicate with each other. It's more than just the words we use; it's about the intention behind them. Speaking with warmth and respect isn't just nice—it's necessary. It reflects the deeper compassion and love the Savior has for us. It's a reminder that every interaction is an opportunity to extend that love further.
Christ's Influence in Our Lives
Another point that resonated was the emphasis on keeping Christ at the center of our conversations. Whether it's acknowledging His grace, mercy, or teachings, there's a powerful shift that happens when we make Him the focus. It's not just about talking; it's about living in a way that reflects His love and teachings.
The Role of Our Callings
We also revisited the importance of our callings, no matter how prominent they might seem. Elder David B. Haight's counsel to always hold a calling, especially during busy times, hit home. It's a reminder that these callings are more than tasks; they're opportunities to connect with others, to serve, and to feel the Lord's love in our lives.

As we move forward, let's think about how we can apply what we've learned, not just in our conversations but in our actions too. How have you felt the Savior's love through your callings or service? How does keeping Christ at the center change your daily interactions? Your experiences and insights are invaluable, so let's keep the conversation going, feel free to give your thoughts below.
